Most of what gets written for the trades is written by people who have never run a truck, quoted a job, or argued with an inspector. We are building the opposite: a small set of genuinely useful documents per trade, correct for the state the operator works in, that they can use the same day they get them.
- Compliance checklists — written against the rules for the operator's own state, not a generic national template.
- Customer-facing handouts — personalised to the business, so they can be handed to a homeowner or a realtor as they are.
- Contract and pricing templates — for the paperwork most small operators end up writing themselves.
